My Item came damaged, what do I do?
Send a message to Customerservice@bestchoiceproducts.com and we'll do our best to get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. If you are able to send photos it would greatly assist us in assessing the damages and providing the best resolution. Often time’s parts or replacements can be in the mail within 24-48 hours!
My Item isn’t working properly, What do I do?
Send a message to Customerservice@bestchoiceproducts.com and we'll do our best to get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. Our highly trained customer service representatives will assist you with troubleshooting to repair the issue.
Do I have to pay return shipping on damaged or defective items?
No, any item that comes damaged or defective will not have to be returned at the customer’s expense.
Is there tracking information available for my parts or replacements?
We do provide tracking information for all shipments that leave our warehouses, Please contact us at Customerservice@bestchoiceproducts.com and we can provide that for you.
I returned my item, when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days after the item has arrived back in our warehouse.
Are you able to accommodate walk in sales?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have the capabilities for a Walk in Sales.

All of our items are manufactured in China.
Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?
At this time, we do not offer any wholesale pricing.
How long is your warranty?
All of our items are covered under a 60 day warranty period.
I’m purchasing this item as a gift, will the warranty to extended until after I have opened the item?
Our warranty starts the day that the item is purchased. If you are purchasing your item in advance to give as a gift, it is recommended that you open the box and completely check the item to make sure that everything is in proper working condition.
