Sangria Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

1 peach, sliced
½ cup strawberries, quartered
1 lemon, quartered
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup orange juice
2 cups club soda

Directions:

1. Combine fruits & juices in a pitcher
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then add club soda

    Piña Colada Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 pineapple (or 2 cups pineapple juice
    ¾ cups coconut milk, refrigerated
    Ice
    OPTIONAL:
    1 shot rum

    Directions:

    1. Juice pineapple
    2. Blend all ingredients until slushy

      Lime Margarita Recipe

      Ingredients:

      1 shot tequila (preferably reposado)
      1 shot triple sec
      2 ½ tbsp lime juice
      Ice
      Salt or sugar

      Directions:

      1. Mix all liquids with ice in a shaker, then shake until it begins to frost
      2. Salt or sugar the cocktail glass
      3. Strain drink over ice

       

      Homemade Tortillas Recipe

      Ingredients:

      Prepares approx. 20 6-inch tortillas
      Ingredients:
      2 cups masa
      harina
      1 ½ cups hot water
      ½ tsp salt

      Directions:

      1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients
      2. Knead dough until smooth & malleable (NOTE: add 1 tbsp of water or masa harina as needed for proper consistency)
      3. Tightly cover dough with plastic wrap & let sit for 15-30 minutes
      4. Set griddle to medium-high heat
      5. Evenly divide dough & begin rolling into small balls
      6. Place individual pieces between 2 sheets of plastic wrap & flatten with rolling pin
      7. Cook tortillas on each side for 30-60 seconds, or until golden brown

        Air Fried Tortilla Chips Recipe

        Ingredients:

        20 tortillas, quartered
        2 tbsp olive oil
        Pinch of salt (to taste)

        Directions:

        1. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F
        2. Lightly brush olive oil onto quartered tortillas
        3. Evenly arrange tortillas in the fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes (or until golden brown) NOTE: Fry chips in multiple batches to avoid overfilling the basket
        4. Sprinkle salt onto fresh chips

          Traditional Tortilla Chips Recipe

          Ingredients:

          20 tortillas, quartered 
          Oil 
          Pinch of salt (to taste)

          Directions:

          1. Pour approximately 3-inches of oil into deep fryer and heat to 350°F
          2. Gently place tortillas in the fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes (or until golden brown) NOTE: Fry chips in multiple batches to avoid overfilling the basket
          3. Remove chips with a slotted spoon & place on paper towels to dry
          4. Sprinkle salt onto fresh chips

            Guacamole Recipe

            Ingredients:

            4 avocados, diced
            1 Roma tomato, quartered
            ½ red onion, chopped
            2 tbsp lemon juice
            1 tsp ground black pepper
            1 tsp salt

            OPTIONAL:

            ½ jalapeño, seeded & minced
            1 pinch cilantro (to taste)

            Directions:

            1. Place all ingredients into the blender
            2. Blend to desired texture
